Monongalia County Republican Executive Committee to Meet in Blacksville
The Monongalia County Republican Executive Committee will meet for its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Social Hall of the Blacksville Volunteer Fire Department located at 5956 Mason-Dixon Hwy, Blacksville, WV 26521. The Committee meets monthly; historically, the meetings have been held in Morgantown. The April 2019 meeting will be the first of three meetings that will be held in 2019 in the out-lying areas of Monongalia County.
Chairman Ethan Moore: “Our Committee represents Republicans in all parts of Monongalia County. From Wadestown in the west, to Cheat Lake in the east, Smithtown in the south, and Maidsville in the north, we are the Party of all of Monongalia County. The current Committee has decided to take our meetings outside of Morgantown and to actively invite our fellow Republicans from those areas to join us and participate in our Party.”
Blacksville is in the western Executive District 12 of the Executive Committee, represented by members Ethan Moore (Chair) and Cristy Tennant. Future locations are being secured for meetings in the southern and eastern sections of Monongalia County.
