A free consultative, introductory call with key leaders to learn about you and scope out your goals and objectives

A dedicated team leader who bridges your team and our committee to secure and facilitate local success onsite

A minimum of two (2) volunteers committed to two (2) hours of event service with capacity to meet special needs

A marketing and communications plan that includes messages about your event, leading to the venue, and onsite

A debrief report that provides exposure and engagement to demonstrate the impact of your event with the audience
